Course Description:
This course aims to train professionals in the insurance sector, as well as other professionals involved in Disaster Risk Management (DRM), to address the specific challenges related to disasters in Brazil. The course provides the knowledge and skills necessary to assess, mitigate, and manage disaster risks, offering a comprehensive analysis of the Brazilian insurance sector with a focus on disaster-related coverage. Participants will explore the different types of insurance available and deepen their understanding of disaster risk financing and management specific to the country, in order to develop and apply financial protection strategies for society.
